summer = no energy for tumblr
I’m thinking about making my tumblr theme-based, so that on any given day all of the posts would somehow fit together and be linked by some common element. I’ve been super inspired by stylesight’s tumblr, which in the past few days seems to have focused on movement, nature, and the colors of human skin. I’m not sure how much effort that would take, but I may try it out.

LAME
my parents drank a bottle of wine from my job (a winery) that belonged to me (aka I worked 7 hectic, stressful hours for it) without even asking. I’m probably only this upset because it’s 1:30 in the morning, but they so owe me another bottle!
Interesting Find: meet the world campaign.

Icaro Doria, a Brazilian man, working for a magazine in Portugal started this campaign using real data from the UN and flag images, he’s created whats known as Meet the World. The colors within the flags from its respective country are used to represent current, geographical relevant issues. Take a look.

I loved the women in tuxedos last night at the CFDAs.
Kirsten Dunst is usually so girly and ethereal… it was interesting to see her in something severe.
And I think Leelee Sobieski looks amazing in her all white suit, even though I have no idea why she was there last night…
playing sonic youth really loudly makes me feel cool when I haven’t done anything cool all day.
I can walk around alone at night in NYC, and yet I can’t bring myself to ride my bike alone to Jackson Ward. This doesn’t seem right.
